Start Healing With These Tips:
So you’ve just been diagnosed with MS or you’ve had MS for quite awhile. In addition, your doctor keeps pushing those medications with the nasty side effects.
Well, I’m glad you’re here! There is a better way of getting your MS into remission and that’s by using food as your medicine. Researchers have linked MS with bad bacteria, in other words, the lack of good bacteria in your gut.
Why are you missing good bacteria? Most likely it’s your lifestyle of processed foods, sugar and stress. Of course there are other factors involved. Since everyone is different you’ll have to become the detective and figure out your triggers. But, I’m here to help you.
Your First Steps:
The first step is cleaning up your diet, no more fast food restaurants! Instead, learn which foods are healing and which foods will repair the damaged cells in your body.
If this feels overwhelming, I recommend breaking it down into easier steps. Begin with “How to Heal Multiple Sclerosis with Food” and move on at your own pace.
Triggers to MS:
→ Diet (processed foods, refined sugar, refined carbs, food allergies, etc.)
→ Infections (Candida, viruses, bacterial overgrowth, and parasites)
→ Environmental Toxins (heavy metals, mold, pesticides, plastics, etc.)
→ Chronic Stress
