A sprinkle of powder Stevia or a drop of liquid Steviato taste

Instructions
Refrigerate the full-fat coconut milk the night prior.
Place a small glass bowl and the beaters in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to help keep the coconut fat cold.
Open the coconut milk, by this time the fat has separated and has risen to the top. Scoop the fat out and save the coconut water.
Using a mixer or handheld mixer, whip the cream adding the Stevia and vanilla.
Mix for about one minute, that’s it!
Notes
You can substitute raspberries for strawberries. After whipping the cream place it back in the fridge for 15 minutes then beat again right before serving to get it extra creamy.
