Dairy-Free Coconut Smoothie

This is a delicious and easy to make coconut smoothie that's not only dairy free it’s also sugar free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • 6 ice cubes made from unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon Stevia powder or 4 drops liquid Stevia to taste
  • Flaked coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except coconut flakes into blender
  • Blend until smooth, pour into glass when done
  • Add coconut flakes on top for garnish
