Ingredients

cups
wild blueberries
1/2-2/3
cup
coconut sugar
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
freshly squeezed
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the frozen berries, coconut sugar, and fresh lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the mixture thickens stirring frequently.
During the last five minutes, smashed the berries with a fork or potato masher for your desired thickness.
Taste and adjust sweetness or add more lemon juice if needed.
Remove from heat and let it cool to your liking.
Notes
This should provide enough delicious spread to complement 6-8 medium-sized pancakes.
